SILK TWEED

This silk check material is woven in Hashima City, Gifu Prefecture, from thick silk yarns spun in Nagahama City, Shiga Prefecture. The pattern is made by winding thin silk yarns of different colors around the original thick and bulky silk yarns and arranging them in a complex pattern.
