ORGANIC COTTON WEATHER

静岡県掛川市で、細番手のインドオーガニック糸を、限界まで超高密度に織りあげた素材です。糸で毛羽を焼くことでクリーンに仕上がった、オーガニックコットン本来の生成カラーもそのまま使用しています。ゆっくり丁寧に染色工程を踏むことによる綿本来の膨らみと、糸からくる綺麗な目面、打ち込みからくる独特のハリコシが特徴のオリジナル素材です。

This material is made in Kakegawa City, Shizuoka Prefecture, using fine count Indian organic yarn woven to the limit of ultra-high density. The original organic cotton color is also used as it is, which is made clean by burning the fluff from the yarn. This is an original material characterized by the fullness of the cotton due to the slow and careful dyeing process, the beautiful grain surface from the yarn, and the unique firmness from the way of weaving.
