LINEN VELVET

福井県越前市にて、グランドはコットン、パイルはリネンを使用してゆっくり織り上げたベルベットです。長年のノウハウを蓄えた、世界でも有数の産地、機屋でしか織る事の出来ない素材です。パイル部分の麻本来の生成カラーと、パイルの表情が相まって、独特の深みある表情が特徴です。

This velvet is slowly woven in Echizen City, Fukui Prefecture, using cotton for the base material and linen for the pile. It is a material that can only be woven by one of the world's leading production area and weaving factory with many years of accumulated know-how. The combination of the original linen color of the pile and the expression of the pile gives this velvet a unique deep look.
