This knit material is made from Manila hemp, a Japanese paper yarn characterized by its suppleness and soft feel against the skin. Washi has a special porous structure, and is more functional than linen in terms of moisture absorption, quick-drying, deodorizing, and UV effects. It is ATON's original material with a unique firmness not found in ordinary knit fabrics, combined with a smooth dry touch.
