STRETCH WOOLY NYLON | FLIGHT JACKET
This jacket is based on an old flight jacket and updated in a modern style. Instead of silver zippers, coil zippers painted in the same color are used, allowing the jacket to be worn without hesitation. It is fully lined with a thin cupro-cotton lining so as not to kill the supple drape of the material. Moderately dry-touch cotton-polyester ribs are used for the collar and cuffs.
This nylon stretch material is woven slowly on a low-speed loom in Kiryu City, Gunma Prefecture. The nylon yarns are woven with a special twist in a balance that is impossible in other production areas, and the finishing process gives this ATON original material a natural fiber-like look with a bulky, crinkled texture, a moderate luster, and a smooth feel.
