This thin plain weave material is made of American "SUPIMA COTTON" and woven slightly coarsely with fine count yarn in Hamamatsu City, Japan. This is ATON's original lightweight, smooth, and easy to wear yarn.

Superior Pima" is an abbreviation for "Superior Pima," a long-fiber cotton variety produced by crossbreeding Egyptian Pima cotton with American cotton. The origin of this cotton is limited to South American regions such as California, Arizona and Texas in the United States.
