SILK LINEN SHANTUNG | WRAPPED SKIRT
This shantung material is woven in Ichinomiya City, Aichi Prefecture, using cotton for the warp and silk and linen for the weft, alternately beaten into the fabric. Ordinary shantung fabric is made of 100% silk and is used for dresses, but by using linen and other materials and specially designing it, it has a rough and shiny feel and is an ATON original material characterized by its unique tautness and creakiness.
