FINE SILK TAFTA | REVERSIBLE JACKET
A zip-up jacket based on vintage sports jackets. Updated to be reversible. Features raglan sleeves and a relaxed silhouette. The outer side uses silk taffeta, while the inner side uses nylon taffeta, creating a completely different impression on each side.
The silk taffeta fabric is slowly woven at a weaving mill in Gunma Prefecture. It uses a unique silk yarn spun exclusively in Japan, known for its exceptionally fine quality compared to standard silk yarns. Woven at the highest possible density, this original fabric combines silk's inherent smoothness, lightness, and sheen with a substantial, well-structured feel derived from its high weave density.
