FIBRIL SILK TAFTA | EASY BAKER PANTS
These Baker pants feature a sleek silhouette with a slim rise and leg opening, in contrast to the relaxed fit around the hips. The waist features an easy-to-adjust design with an elastic band and a drawstring. We’ve incorporated elements from vintage Baker pants such as the construction and details into this silk pant design. The pants have been pre-washed, so they’re machine washable.
This silk taffeta fabric is woven with raw silk for both the warp and weft threads, resulting in a slightly loose weave. Compared to standard taffeta, the weight is concentrated more in the warp threads, giving it a distinctive drape. A suede finish is applied during the final processing to create a natural fibrillated texture.
